Are your products really handmade?

Yes indeed! They really truly are. We have a team of designers working on graphics and plenty of hands in the factory making frames and assembling the pictures to specifications.

How are they made?

Is the “3D effect” on the glass or the image itself?

We apply a combination of resins, glitters and Swarovski crystals to the glass to give the picture the 3D effect. Because we make everything by hand the effect is always ever so slightly different from picture to picture so yours will be somewhat unique.

What are the frames made from?

We use quality wood in our frames for the best possible finish.

I like a picture but don’t see the frame I want as an option?

Not a problem! We can put any picture in any of our listed frames, so if your desired option isn’t immediately available on the website please do let us know by contacting us and we can help you get the combination you want.

Where are you based?

We are based in London but the factory where the pictures are manufactured is in Blackpool.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Unfortunately not. We are an online only store meaning we have lower overheads and are able to bring our pictures to the market at the best possible price with no bloating to cover additional costs.

Do you only deliver to the UK?

Due to the nature of the pictures (weight, size etc) overseas delivery isn’t possible. Not only would it be ludicrously expensive, but in our experience international freight carriers tend to be a little heavy-handed and we would hate for your brand new artwork to arrive damaged in any way.

How much is delivery?

FREE!!! We deliver all of our artwork absolutely free of charge in the UK.

Can I collect from you or your store?

As all of our items are handmade to order we don’t hold any physical stock for you to collect. And because we don’t have a physical store there is nowhere really to collect from. But we do deliver for free anywhere in the UK mainland it’s better and easier for us to deliver to your door.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within a week, but there may be a slight delay when working around public holidays and to allow our on-glass embellishments to dry enough to be able to pack and ship your picture. We’ve tried to explain this on the From Art To Parcel – Your Journey With Us page and aim to deliver within two weeks, so please do bear this in mind when placing an order.

I have a picture of my own that I would like “Art & Parcel-ed”, can you do it?

It may be possible to embellish and frame one of your own pictures, but there are a lot of variables involved in this type of work and they incur an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss further and we’re always happy to help.

What happens if my picture arrives damaged?

We try our very hardest to ensure that your new picture is packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit, but sometimes it happens. If, for some reason, your picture is damaged on its way to you then please do contact us and we will work with you to replace it asap. Please do not send anything back to us until you have spoken to us and received a return code.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

We certainly do! We’ve partnered with Stripe to allow our customers to make safe and secure payments with their Credit Cards and all major banks are accepted.

What about other payment methods?

Don’t have a Credit Card? No problem. We can also accept PayPal. Just head to the checkout as usual and choose the PayPal option.

Do you have a newsletter?

We’ve tried to move away from traditional e-marketing via email – it tends to get missed and we want you to stay abreast of the latest products and sales information. That being said, we do have a newsletter that you can sign up to here. In line with our privacy policy, we will NEVER sell your data to ANYONE regardless of how many pieces of gold they want to throw at us so you know your contact information is safe!

Where else can I find you online?

We have dedicated Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages, so be sure to follow us at any one (or all three!) to stay as up to date as possible with what’s going on at Art & Parcel along with any new products, price drops, vouchers and news.

Do you only sell pictures?

Currently, we are focusing on our artwork range, but do hope to add new products such as home furnishings to our product range to help you complete the look you want at home. The best place to stay up to date with that will be on our social media pages on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

I love a picture but don’t need it framed or embellished, is that possible?

Sadly not. Due to the licences we have in place for the artwork and with artists direct it is only possible to send the full monty – artwork framed and embellished.

I’m not so bothered about the picture but I LOVE the frames – can I get a frame on its own?

The frames are LUSH aren’t they? Unfortunately, we aren’t able to send just a frame. We work on selling completed products only.
